Open source under AGPL-3.0. Deploy on your own Azure account.

How it is built

Gibberly uses Azure Speech AI for real-time transcription and translation, Azure Web PubSub for live streaming to browsers, and a lightweight Node.js server to coordinate between them.

Quick start

  1. Clone the repository from GitHub
  2. Create an Azure account and provision Speech AI and Web PubSub resources
  3. Copy .env.example to .env and fill in your Azure credentials
  4. Run npm start and share the QR code with your congregation
